Our cozy vacation home was built in 1899 by the pioneers of Old Colorado City. With a total "re-do", this charming home is just right for your stay on the "West Side". Just steps away from Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, local artist galleries and fabulous bars and restaurants.
2 bedrooms + Office/Reading Room - One with a queen bed and one with 2 singles. Couch in living room converts to queen bed. Office is light and airy and just right for ZOOM meetings (fast wireless internet) and focused work. Fully furnished kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. Great view of Pikes Peak from front porch.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and laundry. The view from the from the side yard was spectactular sitting bt the fire pit. Chickens in the yard next door kept us entertained and deer walked right down the sidewalk twice while we were there. Great location to all the fun touristy stuff, a grocery store just down the road and lots of restarants. Definitely recommend to anyone heading there.

Summary: My husband and I adored this property for it's comfort, location and wonderful hosts. So close to Historic Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Downtown Colorado Springs and the Broadmoor Hotel. All of the hosts' restaurant suggestions were excellent. And we loved hanging out in the living room while chatting and gazing at the gorgeous mountain range outside. Completely would go again and stay in this charming place and HIGHLY recommend.

Summary: The house was exactly what we were looking for. The location made it easy to get to anywhere we were going and was a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City. The house was clean, well stocked and the perfect size for our family of three. The host was attentive and provided great recommendations for the area. Highly recommend!
